CPA Target campaigns - campaigns in which you specify a target cost per conversion (the average price we want to pay for each conversion) and an automated algorithm assigns bids for you. (works on the principle of the CPC model)

How to start an advertising campaign?

After registering in the system, you can immediately create campaigns in your account. A detailed description of the creation of an advertising campaign here.

When saving a campaign, the "Invalid URL" error appears.

This error may be caused by the fact that there is an extra space at the beginning or at the end of the advertising link. Make corrections and repeat campaign save procedure.

How many campaigns can I create in my profile?

From one account in one personal cabinet, you can create no more than 20 campaigns + advertising materials no more than 100.

What is the cost per click?

The cost of a click depends on many factors: the category of sites that you choose to display, the format of advertising, regional settings. All the necessary information is available in your office after registration in the system or via the link in the traffic showcase.

How many ads can I add for one campaign?

Within one advertising campaign you can add no more than 100 materials.

How much traffic will I receive?

The amount of traffic depends on many factors, initially on the settings of the advertising campaign, the settings of the target audience, the quality of advertising materials, competition in the category, etc. The amount of available traffic you can estimate after creating an advertising campaign. Why do I need to limit the number of transitions and the budget of the campaign?

In the campaign settings, you can limit the number of conversions if you want to receive a certain number of visitors per day. You can also set an acceptable campaign daily budget for you. When the specified limits are reached, the campaign will be automatically suspended. The resumption of the campaign will occur the next day. If the total budget limit is reached, the campaign will also be automatically suspended. To renew it, you need to remove the restrictions in the appropriate field in the campaign settings or increase its overall budget.

How to choose a site for my advertising campaign?

In the settings of the advertising campaign, you can choose thematic categories of sites that best meet the interests of your potential customers.

How to track conversions from specific advertising materials and sites?

In order for external sources statistics (affiliate program, Google Analytics, etc.) to display information from which sites and advertising materials were conversions and conversions, you need to add the following macros to the advertised link:

{site_id} - to transmit the site id;
{ad_id} - to send the ad id;
{campaign_id} - to send the campaign id.

What does a Kadam postback link look like?

After a user takes an action (registration, etc.), the advertised resource or affiliate programme should trigger our postback link, which looks like this:

Can I prevent my ad from showing on a specific site?

Yes you can. To do this, when creating or editing a campaign, in the "Black list" field you need to specify the ID of the sites where your advertisement should not be displayed.

Can I pause a campaign?

Yes, you can. To do this, in the list of your campaigns, click on the square next to the desired campaign and select the "Pause" option from above.

Is it possible to load advertisements in xml format?

Yes, this can be done in the form of adding advertisements for bulk automatic download.
The format of the xml-file completely coincides with the format of YML (Yandex Market Language), developed for accepting and publishing information in Yandex.Market. All offers /offer elements are selected from the xml file, parent elements in offers are ignored and can be any:

How long does it take to moderate a campaign (creatives)?

Moderation takes place on a first-come, first-served basis as they are uploaded and only after the balance is replenished. The average moderation time is 30 minutes. In case of high load moderation can take up to 60 minutes.

What are the requirements for teasers?

Requirements for teasers:

Headline. The maximum number of characters in the headline is 75. There is a helpful scale right below the headline that demonstrates the potential amount of traffic based on the length of the headline.

Images. Format: png, jpg, jpeg, gif; minimum size: 500x500; maximum weight: 500 Kb. The image can be square or rectangular.

URL. The domain specified in the ad campaign settings must match the URL of the teaser

What are the requirements for push notifications?

Push requirements:

Images. The size of the uploaded icon must be equal to or greater than 192x192. The size of the main image must be equal to or greater than 360x240. Acceptable file extensions: jpg, png, jpeg; maximum size: 512 KB.

Text. Max. 30 characters in the title, max. 40 characters in the text. If more characters are used, the text will be cut off.

Balance. Push notification campaign is active only if the balance is more than $17. If the balance is $17 or less, the campaign will not receive displays.

What banner formats are allowed?

Valid file formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif. Maximum size: 150.0 KB.

What does ‘Blocked due to low performance’ mean?

In some cases, an ad creative may be automatically blocked by the system due to low performance. This happens if:

- The material has spent less than $0.1 in the last 48 hours and is not the last creative in the campaign.

- The campaign participated in more than 10 million auctions and winrate was less than 0.1%

You can expand targeting and/or increase bids to avoid such blocking in the future, and then submit your materials for re-moderation.

Why did the number of impressions for the campaign decrease?

In most cases, the decrease in the number of impressions is associated with increased competition. For detailed recommendations on optimizing advertising campaigns, contact your manager - his contacts are available in your account.

How can I view statistics on a specific material (campaign)?

You can view statistics on a particular site or material in your personal cabinet in the ‘Statistics’ section, more details on how to use this section are described here.

I set a campaign transition limit, but I received more clicks. Why?

The limit of transitions means stopping the display of advertising materials to achieve the limit specified by you, but there may be clicks on the materials already shown. Therefore, exceeding the limit is permissible, and it will be the more significant the smaller the limit itself and the higher the CTR of advertising materials.

I applied the black /white list, but the shows still come from sites I don’t need. Why?

Black and White lists take effect 10-15 minutes after updating data with ID. This also applies to new campaigns in which this data is filled in when creating a campaign.

What is retargeting?

Retargeting is a marketing technology that allows you to show your adverts to those users who have previously visited your website but have not made a targeted action. The peculiarity and main difference of retargeting from other advertising is that you show ads only to the audience that was interested in your goods or services and spend budget only on the target audience. This tool can be used to prompt a purchase or, for example, to notify about discounts, promotions, special offers, etc. It can be an advert for the same products (services) that the user has already viewed on your site, similar related products or your other offers.

What is ‘Audiences’ and how to set it up?

Audiences is a section that allows you to create the necessary audience for use in active campaigns for re-targeting - retargeting, as well as for the ability to track/filter by the necessary parameter. Detailed description of retargeting settings (audiences) in Kadam service is available here.

Why is my image blocked due to "wrong image"?

For this reason, animated images with a non-.gif extension are blocked.

What happens if I increase my bid?

Traffic in the kadam service is distributed according to the laws of the auction. The higher the CPM of the promotional material, the more traffic the ad will receive. CPM is calculated using the following formula: CPM = rate × CTR × 1000. If you increase the rate, CPM will also increase, and as a result, the volume of traffic received will increase.

What platforms will my ads be broadcast on?

Promotional materials will be displayed on sites that match the categories for display, selected in the campaign settings. If keywords are specified in the campaign settings, the ads will be shown on the pages using the specified keywords. Domain names are not disclosed.

Where to get secret key and API-token?

To get API-token and secret key you need to contact the support service via your personal cabinet in the ‘Support’ section. Additional API documentation is located here.

How to find out the category of the site?

The CATID of the category is passed to the advertiser. To decipher it, you need to use the table located here.

How long does it take to train material on the sites?

The process of ad training is automatic and does not affect the start of impressions. For the material to be trained it needs to spend the equivalent of the cost of up to 100 clicks on the displays. It does not affect the beginning of receiving traffic. You can read more about the status of training of advertising materials here.

When will I receive my payout and what are your withdrawal options?

Payouts are made every week on Thursdays after 15:00 UTC+0. You need to apply for a payout in advance (before Thursday). You can find more information on payouts here.

Why was my payment canceled?

Please contact the support team or your account manager, if one is assigned to you, to clarify the reason for cancellation. Don't forget to specify your login/id.

How long will my wallet be in moderation?

Wallets are moderated as they are received and on a first-come, first-served basis according to the following schedule: Mon-Fri, from 6:00 to 15:00 UTC+0.

Is it possible to disable adult/mainstream?

Sure. To do this, please provide your login/id to our support team and the id of the website/direct-link where you want to remove the adverts you need. If you have a personal manager assigned to you (his/her contacts are listed in the pop-up menu on the left) you can contact him/her to disable adult/mainstream advertising.

Where i can find native ads code?

Please generate a tag through the Display ads block in your account. Our ads in the Display ads block are adaptive, and if you go to the format settings, you'll see that it can be customized almost like a Native Format.

Why is my site not being accepted/rejected?

Your site may not be accepted due to violations of our User Agreement and site/traffic requirements. We recommend that you read our site requirements in advance here.

Why Display Ads are not working?

Check if you have finished customizing your Display Ads, specifically if you have finished customizing your Native Template:

What is your CPM?

CPM depends on several factors and it’s hard to give you an estimation prior to testing the traffic source. We have thousands of different advertisers and they set up lots of campaigns that have to be rotated in order to see which one will bring you the best results. So the best way to see what CPM you will get is to set up a test for 3-5 days which will allow us to evaluate the traffic and optimize it in the most profitable way for you.

How do I get access to the API?

To access the API, you need to contact a support or your personal manager, after which you will be able to access the API in your account.

How do I confirm my website?

You can confirm the site in one of two ways:

1. Placing a meta tag with a verification code on the home page.

2. Placing an HTML file in the main directory of your site.

When your site is confirmed, it will be added to the list of sites with the status "On Moderation". After passing the moderation, the addition of advertising blocks will be available. In case the actions above did not help you can contact the support team or your personal manager.

How long does site moderation take?

Moderation usually takes place within 30 minutes on a schedule from 07:00 to 16:00 UTC+0, in case of heavy workload the waiting time can stretch up to one hour.
